Terms & Conditions

In the event of inclement weather on site**, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond our reasonable control, the event may be delayed and/or cancelled at the discretion of Ryders Singapore.
Should the session be delayed and/or cancelled due to reasons above, any unused fees paid will be credited for up to 3 months.

There will be NO FULL refunds upon confirmation of booking. However, in the event of a
postponement or rescheduling, the following charges will be applicable:

  • More than 7 days: 10% will be charged and 90% will be credited for up to 3 months
  • 2-7 days: 50% will be charged and 50% will be credited for up to 3 months
  • Less than 2 days or no shows: 100% will be charged.
The customer is not entitled to a refund or credit term in the event of a later start or an early departure from the activity. Extra costs incurred due to a later start, an early departure, or the postponement of an activity, are to be paid by the customer.

**The company reserves reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on our website immediately.

 

Please note that RYDERS does not offer credits, pre-paid packages (whether single session or multi-sessions), any form of membership or otherwise. If any person attempts to sell any credits, packages or memberships to you, he or she has not been authorised by RYDERS to do so and has no authority to bind RYDERS. Please immediately notify us at: ryders.info@gmail.com so that we can take appropriate action against such person.

Weather situations
If there’s a thunderstorm at our wakeboard site, we will have to reschedule or delay the session depending on situation. Otherwise, the session still proceeds if it’s a light, or moderate rain.

Ryders Singapore Indemnity

Please note that RYDERS are not responsible for any liability resulting from injury or death arising out of your voluntary participation in this event. The full exclusion of liability clause and indemnity is set out below
EXCLUSION AND INDEMNITY
By making payment for this booking, you (and any other person you are making payment on behalf of), accept the release of liability, wavier of legal rights and assumption of risk.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
The nature of this sport that you wish to participate in is potentially dangerous. It is foreseeable that physical injury or death may result from your voluntary participation. In volunteering your participation in this sport, you agree to unconditionally assume the risks that come with it. In this regard, we RYDERS exclude all liability for any mishap, physical injury or death that may arise as a result of your voluntary participation in this sport. RYDERS will take reasonable measures and precautions but excludes all liability as set out above.
