At Ryders, our team is led by pioneering instructors and boat captains who began their journey with waterskiing in the 1980s and transitioned to wakeboarding around 1993. Our passion and expertise shine through in everything we do—from coaching and boat handling to ensuring the highest standards of safety. Join us for an unforgettable experience on the water!

We offer wakeboarding, wakesurfing, and now wakefoiling—the newest addition to our lineup.
With a relaxed, stress-free coaching style, we welcome all ages from 6 to 65 years old to try wakeboarding or wakesurfing for the first time.
Whether you’re a novice looking to start or have been riding for months and want to improve, our instructors provide expert guidance tailored to your comfort and pace, ensuring continuous progress and enjoyment.
For kids as young as 6 years old, we offer kneeboarding to introduce them to fun on the water and acclimate them to the sea environment before transitioning them to wakeboarding or wakesurfing.
Our Boats
We offer affordable rates and a variety of boats, predominantly Nautique and Mastercraft models. Many of our Nautique boats are equipped with the NSS surf gate system.
In addition to our existing fleet, we proudly introduce the latest addition to Singapore’s watersports scene: the 2024 Nautique S23. This state-of-the-art boat promises a new era of style and performance, perfect for you and your loved ones to enjoy on the water.
Meet the Team
Tze Wei
- Wakefest NOVICE wakeboard competition in 2007 – 3rd place
- Singapore Wake OPEN wakeboard competition in 2023 – 3rd place
She discovered wakeboarding as a customer in 2005 and two years later, driven by passion, she left her job to become an instructor. Tzewei dedicates herself wholeheartedly to coaching wakeboarding, wakesurfing, and foiling. Whenever there’s an opportunity to hit the water, count her in for the fun!
Beyond wakeboarding, surfing, and foiling—whether behind a boat or on natural waves—she indulges in annual snowboarding and diving trips, and surfskates whenever possible. Essentially, she lives and breathes to ride. That includes cycling too!
- She captains a 2024 Nautique S23 and a 2010 Nautique 210, both equipped with NSS Surf systems.
Salim
Salim brings over 40 years of driving and coaching experience to the table. With a playful demeanor and a knack for patience, Salim excels at creating a fun and enjoyable experience, especially for kids.
- Captains a 2005 Nautique 220, a 22-foot-long boat known for its spaciousness and excellent upkeep, guaranteeing a comfortable and enjoyable time on the water.
Mahmut
Mahmut brings over 40 years of driving and coaching experience to the table, starting his journey alongside Jasmie as a water-skier. With his super chill vibe and patience, Mahmut contributes a calm and supportive presence to every session.
- Captains a year 2000 Mastercraft X9, a 19-foot direct-drive boat. The most economical option at Punggol Marina Country Club.
Kelvin Lay
Kelvin has been coaching and driving for 35 years. Recently, he upgraded to the spacious 2007 Nautique 226, a 26-foot boat equipped with a surf gate system, ensuring a more enjoyable experience on the water.

Don Sim
Don has been coaching for over 20 years, bringing his laid-back vibe, sense of humor, and love for good music and company to every session. Plus, drinks are always welcome! Ready to hit the water and have a blast? Let’s ride!

Marcus Kee
